Channel name animation.... At present there is not. I'm not saying it will not happen, but it will require a rewrite of that section of rendering code with something more efficient (drawing the channel names is presently too slow to take place in real time). Such a rewrite isn't top priority at the moment.
Blinking light... I did some testing with this and I don't think the effect is what you were hoping for Chris. It did work, but it really messed with the brain since some event lines are beats and others are for animation/etc. I think this feature is best to be introduced once event line groups (color coded event lines) is introduced (that way you can specify which group to follow). After using Aurora extensively over the past couple of weeks I really really miss the blinking channel names that mimmick my commands for each event during playback... Is anything like that in the works?

Sitting here placing event lines I thought, Wouldn't it be great if we could get a small blinking button maybe next to the time clock that blinked at every event line when you are in the music playback. That way you could check you event line location without having to enter a light command in the slot.
