I just resent your key. I'm not sure why, but the original email came back from comcast.net (your ISP) as "Recipient Address Rejected" this morning. Is your email address with Paypal valid?
Let me know if you get the resend or not. Edited by LightsOnLogan - 23 Sep 2009 at 7:38am |

I also now have been waiting since Saturday, I know your busy. But the 15 min kill time is really making it impossible to do anything with. I would really like my key. My Paypal receipt didnt even give an email for the person to contact, just the name of Micheal Miller.

Actually, we still process keys by hand here. Amazing, I know... hi tech software company and we're hand processing orders and keys. Honestly, this is a niche market and Aurora isn't exactly a super-high-volume seller out there, so while I could put together a super fancy automated system, time is money and it's really cheaper and simpler to just process them by hand each business morning (and spend that development time on Aurora instead).
Your order came through after the Friday orders were processed, so it ended up in the Monday morning queue. then there's that time zone thing... Monday morning for me is quite late into Monday for you... it probably seemed like forever. Edited by LightsOnLogan - 14 Sep 2009 at 10:58am |

It can take a day or two to get the key (it's an automated thing). Be sure to check your spam folder. Sometimes your e-mail program thinks the key e-mail is a spam message.
