yeah, home automation from remote locations is pretty cool. A friend of mine uses security cameras to keep a eye on his house while he's away. He can pull up his website from phone and see the camera picture........I could see that being popular when you get a new babysitter for your kids...;)

From the IPhone you can use Window Admin application and log into my home computer and control everything from anywhere in the world! pretty cool been working with it in the backyard!

I was just thinking, how hard would it be to adjust the program to play the scheduler on a Windows CE unit? Something like the Ipaqs that were popular years ago.
With as little resources as it seems to use, I think you could have yourself a portable player for a relatively low cost. Just wondering |
