I have a question I have been meaning to ask but kept forgetting. Do you think it may be possible to add a tool that would allow you to zoom in on the picture you are drawing on?
my problem is if I wanted to include my whole yard in the design I have to satnd in the street to get the entire area in the picture and then when I'm drawing I have a hard time seeing some of the smaller bushes that I want to include and it would be nice to zoom in on certain areas so the complete picture would be more accurate during playback.
Thanks

Things are cruising right along on the development front. The beta testers found 0.2.14 to be a very stable build. The road to 0.3 now consists of only minor interface tweaks. 0.2.15 went out to the beta testers today. There is a 95% certainty that 0.3 will be released to the public near the middle of next week! I was tempted to push for the 1st, but I'm not sure how serious people would take it if we announced a new version on April 1! To expand on the upcoming features, not only will Aurora contain the new spectrogram view, it will also be possible to use the view to identify a specific music note. Once identified, that note can be selected for Aurora to display a waveform of just that note. By itself it isn't much use to sequencing other than a curiosity to musicians and audio engineers, but there is a bigger plan. Details will emerge later, but it is called the "Waveform To Event Copy" tool (to be included in 1.0 but not yet ready in 0.3). |
