Sorry if this has been posted but I'm on my blackberry and, for some reason, the search feature doesn't work for the forum here. Anyway, when importing channels from a file the RGB channels dont import right. When I look at the properties the network segment is right and the red device I'd is right but the green and blue Id's are wrong and all the channels for each color go back to 1.

i had the same problem and reported it quite a while ago. i ended up just deleting all RGB channels except for the Firefly's and redoing them as seperate channels.

Had the same problem here and I believe the answer was it should be corrected in the next release ..  I just accepted the bug and reconfigured those affected channels to the appropiate channel numbers. | |

But that means you'd have to either add the RGB channel or edit the incorrectly imported channel info AND add the drawing for that RGB channel on each sequence.  Got to be a better way.     | |

Did this bug ever get fixed? Or is there some sort of workaround? I'm running into the same problem this year as I've added some more rgb stuff....

Did this bug ever get fixed? are you kidding me? nothing ever gets fixed. the only workaround to fix is to delete the RGB channel and then add 3 normal channels.

I did figure out that the drawing is still there. I just had to re-assign the controller id and the channels to the bottom 2/3s of each RGB channel. Not as bad as I thought but then I did only have 4 RGB channels and 14 sequences...
