Well I got the light blinking fast but the Firmware updater keeps timing out and never gives me the chance to load the update. I'm so frustrated with it now. I got to go to work so anything You might suggest I will try out tomorow. I still have the same show I had last year without this controller. My singing snowman, candy canes and minitrees will be dark tonight

Make sure you're using a known good cat5 cable and the right COM port. Otherwise, I don't know what to suggest - this is probably more appropriate to bring up at the DLight Forums.
If the controller is new this year, you might want to read this thread at D-Light. Short story - you may need a new PIC. I have a controller that I think might be in the same boat. Edited by deweycooter - 22 Dec 2009 at 1:22pm |
