          | Hello and please help, I have the D-light hardware and D-light ACx16 and my system works fine, now I have added another device, LOR CTB16 and have created a lighting sequence and the lighting comanned is not going to the new box, when I go to the D-light hardware utility and pick comport 1, nothing happens on 16 cannel test, when I pick comport 4, [those are my only choises], on 16 channel test all 32 work.  Now the first box is, device type for channel 1-16 is D-light ACx16, network segment 2, device ID 2,  the second box is, device type for channel 17-32 is LOR CTB16, network segment 1, device ID 1. When I got the LOR CTB16, it said it was set to #1. I must be missing a step, maybe IDing the new box to my hardware utility, please help, and step by step would be very heplful, many thanks in advance. |

          | As far as Aurora goes, both controllers should be run off of one RS485 dongle via Net 1.  With two controllers, you do not (nor should you) run off of Net 2.  For now, keep the ID's the same (LOR as ID 1 and D-Light as ID 2).  When you turn on the D-Light HW Utility, it is telling you that your RS485 dongle is assigned to COM 4.  Make sure that is correctly reflected in Aurora's Playback Settings:  Net 1; COM 4.  Make sure your sequences are programmed to this configuration as well.
If all your lights are turning on in the HW Utility when ID 1 is selected, it either means that both boxes are assigned to ID 1, you have the "All" box checked, or you are hitting "All On" instead of just "On".  Use the HW Utility's Discover tab to find your D-Light controller.  Then make sure it is set to the ID you have programmed your sequences with.  If not, change it in the general setting tab.
