I just noticed Broadband Store just dropped their prices on the enclosures.

http://www.yourbroadbandstore.com/product.php?pid=201838 - 9x9x3 enclosure , which is what I use for my d-light ACx16 is now only $6.70 Last time I saw they were around $9 bucks each.

I did 3 controllers in the 9x9x3 enclosures last year. It does get a bit snug, but is possible. I'd recommend the 13x9x3 boxes. The extra 4 inches will give you a bit flex room for cables.
