I imported a LOR s2 sequence this evening and was working on correcting the controller IDs (due to the fact that controllers greater then 7F get treated badly on import, I already logged a bug on that). After finishing the conversion of controller IDs I tried to scroll the BCE up and Aurora appears to have gone off into the weeds. It has been running at 50% cpu for (core 2 duo) for the last 15 minutes and appears to be stuck...

I will be killing the process soon... Hopefully the issue will not recreate.
