Have you gone into serial networks and defined your network(s) (adapters)?

You need to be sure this has been accomplished in both programs.

A little elf told me to mention trying COM4 instead of COM3 and to make certain the "light bulb" icon is clicked.Wink

As Windoze controls the COM settings, it can also arbitrarily assign certain COMs to different apps.

Man, I miss DOS....

Hoo boy....

Think its best to start from square one, here. Uninstall whatever version you're using. Reboot. Install 1.0.41. Reboot. Try running. If all works fine there (with exception of external video), then Uninstall, reboot, and install 1.0.69. Reboot.

It is best to backup all sequences and delete all the directories created during an install. This gets rid of any possible files causing any problems.

Almost like running in demo.   Is there a way to tell what comm port I am running - It looks like 6 and that is what I have the serial too. But I have gone through th top 15 com ports and nothing...

Under Win7 - Right Click "My Computer", click Properties, on left sidebar, click Device Manager. There will be a list of all your hardware listed. Just click the + box of the COM Ports to list what ports are there and right-clilck for properties of that particular Port.

Click Start\Click Run\Enter the command "devmgmt.msc"

or enter devmgmt.msc in the search box and that should start the device manager.

The exclamation mark is your issue. Unplug the USB adapter and replug. Does it still have an exlamation mark? If so, try right-click and update driver.

Thanks again all - I had been enjoying a few adult beverages while trying to accomplish trouble shooting Confused

Now the show was up and running for 1.5 hours... Then the next day a storm came through that blew every thing over and unplugged a bunch of crap... It's cool though I got off work yesterday rushed home and reconnected everything.

The show kicked off .... 1 board took a hit. I had 1 board for me tree farm that I had not included in my display yet so I swapped it out. The show continues Clap

Thanks again all for your help and support.
