Topic: Scheduler Question Posted: 02 Nov 2008 at 9:51am |
Hi Jonathan,
thanks for the quick responce,
I am using XP professional. I did use this same computer for the dlight scheduler with minimal problems and none concerned with activex. What is the latest version of active x and where do I find it?
Thanks so much for your help! I found the Bugs section and I have posted the same message in that forum.

That's a question better served in the bug reports forum, but I can't move posts, so here we are. However, before we can get up up and running again, we will need some more info. What type of setup do you have? XP Home, Vista, type of system, that kind of stuff. Has scheduler worked before for you, or is this the first time you've opened it?
I do see that it mentions activeX. You are running the latest version of activeX, right? Edited by Jonathan - 01 Nov 2008 at 1:32pm |

Hello,
I just tried to start scheduler after having it installed for a couple of weeks and I get the message: Aurora encountered an unexpected error and will now reset.
debugging information: 429 ActiveX component can't create object.
Aurora.scheduler. Initialize.0
Aurora.Scheduler.Initialize.1
What am I missing?
Thanks
Steve

We did run across a problem with a non-USA based computer having problems because the date format he was using in his Windows settings was not the usual October 5, 2008 format but was the common Euro- setting of 5 October 2008. That really throws the scheduler for a loop. |

You do mean that you created a show for a date and then clicked "Add", right?
Not that you added something in Windows schedualed tasks, right?
