The "Home" key will take you to the start, and the "End" key will take you to the end.

While editing deep into a sequence I find myself always starting at the beginning and viewing the sequence to the point of my edit, question... how do you jump back to play the sequence from the start with out arrowing left until the beginning? Is there a way to jump rather than page?
