If 32 is working and you don't need the fixes of 69, then stick with it. There are a few gotchas in 32 that could cause channels to hang and for some lost events within the first 2 seconds of a sequence, but the circumstances which produce these are very specific. If you don't ever see the issue, then it is probably ok for you.
Of course, if you do run into issues, one of the first things I'll ask you to do in the support case is to upgrade to the latest since 32 is long depreciated. As mentioned, if you choose to upgrade, be sure to follow the control panel uninstall and both reboots in the instructions before opening Aurora... if you don't then you will regret it. |

If you don't need any of the improved features or work arounds (like firefly safe haven, if you are not running any video or non-show time playlist music, there are no sticking channels or you if are not running any D-Light ACx16 v1.15Beta firmware [or LOR hardware and you have no ramping shimmers or twinkles]) I could go on but you get the point...
Then, if everything works just great, you hae no reason to upgrade unless you want to. But if you do upgrade, make sure that you uninstall completely, restart, install, then restart. If you don't, Aurora will not work properly.

I am still running 1.0.32. I don't use videos in my show so my question is do I upgrade or not. The post from the Beta release of 1.0.68 is from July and says not to. The upgrade post to 1.0.41 says not to either. The download center would lead one to believe otherwise. Whats a person to do?
