I've seen a few instances where the audio is missing (and the site indicates that as being the case), but it's been pretty random. I have not seen the video as being taken down altogether. This entry, for example, still has the audio intact.

Have they been pulling the entire video or just blocking the audio?

just a heads up, youtube has been pulling a lot of the TSO videos....you may want to also drop a copy on Vimeo as well.
