Topic: High numbered channel adds Posted: 08 Oct 2008 at 8:08pm |
I've tried 5 times to add the last section of my firefly. Firefly for me starts on ID 20 and goes up to 22. I've added the frist 32 channels, but when I started to ad ID 22 Aurora went funny.
The first time I was able to add 3 channels on ID 22, then when I clicked save, the screan did not go away, I had to reboot.
I've rebooted, started Aurora, loaded my channel config file that does not have my arch, then I go directly and try to add id 22, channel 1. Each time I do this, Aurora gets stuck on save. It uses 100% of the CPU and I can not longer close the add dialog.
Can someone else try to add ID 22 channel 1 -> something and see if it works?

Everything worked fine on my Vista box, it's my XP laptop that had the issue. |

Pony_God,
I added Device 22, CH 1-6, and Device 23 & 24 with 1 CH each with no problems. I added them to one of my existing seq. that has Devices 1-15, with 16CH on each except 15 with 3 CH on it. I am running XP, with Aurora v1.0 (not the upgrade 1.01)

I also added some Device 22 channels, put in some On/Off sections, added it to my Visualizer. Saved, edited, saved, edited, at least 5 times. Never had a problem. This is on Vista Ultimate, 4gb ram. But, honestly, I've had practically none of the problems so many others have had. Perhaps its a karma thing :) |
