I downloaded a sequence for Breath of Heaven by Amy Grant. The music ends at around 3:30 minutes. Howeverm the squence continues until about 7:30 minutes. How can I erase all of the excess time?
Thanks

Im Not an expert by no means, I have read the answer to this question before. They say if it is an MP3 then convert it to a .WAV that should solve your issue. You can use a free program called Audacity to convert it with. I dont have a link but Google is your friend to help you find audacity.

MP3 vs WAV is a good idea, but to me it sounds as though it's a different version of the song. |

I have seen precious questions and answers for this same problem. I downloaded the mp from Amazon, so it should be unedited. I will try coverting to a wave then.
Thanks for all your help, I appreciate it.

While you can delete the effects and markers, all you'll end up with is a 7 minute sequence with 3 minutes of effects. This is because when the sequence is initially created, its length is based on the duration of the audio file. At this time, there is no provision for making the overall duration shorter.
