What is the current released version of Aurora?
The last one I had was 1.0.41.
I then noticed the thread about beta version 1.0.68.
In the download section it says:
The current version of Aurora is 1.0.69 (1.1 preview release 3a; June 30, 2009). 1.0.69 includes the new "Color Picker" tool (for Firefly and flood wash units), Firefly compatibility, improved video support, improved CPU usage, and several bug fixes to the original 1.0.0 release.
I also understand there is a new version on the horizon. It is going to be 1.2 and is due out sometime this month. I just built a new computer specifically to run my Christmas shows and the Aurora software. It is runiing Windows 7 Ultimate Edition and I wanted to load up the Aurora software, firmware updater and hardware utility to make sure all is going to run ok on Windows 7 or I'll just format and install Visat or XP as needed. (Its good to be part of Microsofts DevNet)
Does someone have a link to version 1.0.69 or should I wait till the release of 1.2 ?
Any suggestions...LightsOnLogan ?

PS...
Just received my 4 new ACx16 Platinum units today! Hopefully I can get them built over the next few days. That will take me from 16 to 80 channels.
I thought programming out 16 channels was crazy, I can hardly wait to start the 80 channel sequences. Edited by Phunkeydude - 08 Sep 2009 at 2:19pm |

1.0.68 and 1.0.69 are the same thing. The build was accidentally done twice and I wasn't consistent with the link/description. Actually in 1.0.68/1.0.69, Aurora reports 1.0.69 but Borealis reports 1.0.68. I didn't figure it was worth a rebuild to 1.0.70 to fix, but I should have at least been consistent on the web site. Sorry about the confusion.

Thanks for the clarification. Do you have a target date for the release of 1.2 ?

Not yet. We're a bit behind schedule right now but I should have an estimated release after the next milestone.
