Some sort of screen capture software?
So, why are you looking at doing this?

I want to share an avi with a few folks as I work on a show... easier than waiting till the night and taping it... digitizing it and then email's a link.

Well, I think Camtasia or something like that might work.
Actually nothing may work, depending on how the graphics are rendered to the screen.
